The IT Service Analyst fuels our success by helping our employee-owners unlock the power of technology.  Our ideal candidate is driven to go the extra mile and enjoys helping others to learn new and existing IT hardware & software. Core responsibilities include: 

• Respond to and triage IT support requests by phone, email, and in person. 
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, software, and phone systems.  
• Train users and provide documentation on the use of hardware and software solutions. 
• Install and configure new hardware and maintain inventory. 
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve IT services, identify areas of improvement, and implement best practices. 

Schedule 

• Full time: Monday-Friday  
• Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson IL.
